Happy one year baby Jax! It’s hard to remember life without this sweet boy. What a blessing he has been to us! Jax is a very social little boy, so I decided to choose a theme that fits his personality… Party Animals!
Party Planning is one of my hobbies, if you can call it that! I get very excited and plan months in advance. Always trying to do something different and do alot of DIY. Then… Life happens and before you know it, its one week before the party and nothing is done! Baby Jax got a very bad stomach bug, four days before the party, and we had to rush him to the emergency twice with a very high fever. I think your child being sick is one of life’s worst moments for a parent. Hugo and I were so worried we prayed over Jax the whole time. He got better (God is good) and so the party planning continued.
At night when baby and daddy would go to sleep I would rush and do all my party DIY! I never learn.
Everything came out great, and most important I feel like everyone enjoyed themselves.
I hand-painted each and every party packs.
His Granny Baked three Chocolate cakes with caramel centres and white frosting. His auntie, Elsa, baked the cute panda cupcakes and animal cookies.
I tried to keep the theme of the treats table black, white and chocolate.
Eloise from Bollemakiesies provided us with soft play, for the kids to play on, and boy it was a hit! Thank you Eloise.
Tiny Tribe Kids sponsored Jax’ cute outfit! He looked perfect and it matched his monochrome theme.
Thanks to everyone that attended and for all the love you show baby Jax and our family.
