People’s opinions don’t define your reality

How easy it is to stick a big fat label on someone? We get categorized, put in little boxes and labeled, everyday in life. People define us by our past, where we grew up, who our parents are, what kind of work we do, the way we look, talk and the list goes on and on…

Its human to look at someone and create an opinion about them or what they do. Its easy, especially if we don’t understand them or get what they are doing. So then we gather the information we have about that certain person, we see trades and characteristics we know or can relate with or even just came across with in life. From that info we create an opinion about someone. Who they are, what they do, stand for and where they are going. Firstly never label someone or create an opinions about someone, without even knowing them well enough or spend a good amount of time listening to what they have to say and who they are.

“For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.” ¬†Galatians 1:10

Secondly and the most important point. Know who you are first, find out who God created you to be and how God sees you. I know for sure that you are amazing and created in Gods image, so that makes you perfect, fearless, wonderful, beautiful and so unique. Even if the world can’t see it, that does not matter. God knows who you are and that is the most and only opinion you need!

Your reality is that you are a child of God. Created with purpose and saved by Jesus Christ. Your past, your earthly possessions, your mistakes does not define you!

So remember¬†my sweet little boy… People’s opinions, certainly does not define your reality!
